DISPLAY RULES |
(Except for Howard Dove Award) |

No display will be judged without a judging form being handed in BY
SEPTEMBER 15TH.

No item may be sold or traded from a display table.
-
No item may be removed from a display while on exhibition, without the
knowledge of the club President or Vice President..Any major misrepresentation of an item in a display may disqualify that
display for an award.

Items that are not factory original must be properly labeled to avoid
disqualification.

Only displays on a designated display table will be considered for an
award. Displays as a part of a “trade” table WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

At least 75% of the items displayed must be COLT MANUFACTURED.
-
At least 33.33% of the display must be changed in order to be considered
for the same or a lesser award given the previous year.
-
The Best Single Weapon Award may only be awarded once to any weapon.
-
At least 90% of items displayed shall belong to the display owner and
items borrowed must be so labeled or noted on the judging form. Displays may
not be a “team effort”.

Displayer must be a current C.C.A. member to qualify for awards.

No judged display can be for sale, either in total or in part. These
displayed items cannot be for sale for a period of one year following the date
of the show which it appeared.

Cartridge firearms not under glass must be tied. Ammunition can only be
displayed under glass.
